Firefly Solar is Hiring an Appointment Generator Near Greenville, SC

Firefly Solar is a fast-growing solar sales and installation company serving South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. This position would be based in Greenville SC.

We have been on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list for the last 2 years running, received multiple industry awards, listed in Solar Power Worlds' Top 300 Solar Contractors list. We are a Premium Certified Tesla Powerwall installer and a Certified Tesla Solar Roof Installer.

We are looking for someone who will be a long-term member of our team with an intermediate experience level.

Position Title: Appointment Generator (Door to door)

Position Summary: using our state-of-the-art technology systems to go door-to-door to grow our list of clients wanting solar.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Knowledge:

  • none - we provide best-in-class training and support

Skills:

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
  • Team player
  • Valid Driver's license REQUIRED

Physical / Environmental Requirements:

  • Must be able to withstand and work in periods of extreme temperatures and humidity
  • Communicate clearly and accurately
  • Neat personal grooming and appearance with a pleasing manner and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in door-to-door sales activities to introduce our products/services to potential customers within designated territories.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services, addressing any questions or concerns prospects may have.
  • Build rapport with potential customers by employing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize sales scripts and materials provided to present product/service offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Capture and record accurate customer information and sales activity details for reporting purposes.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance overall performance.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to earn up to $1800 per week or more based on your sales performance. In addition to commission, there may be opportunities for bonuses, incentives, and recognition for top performers.
